Getting Out of Your Comfort Zone
If you're stuck on a problem, it is always good to either go outside and take a walk, like by a river or a lake, if you can. For taking a shower helps you a so, ye, i don't know much about that, to be honest. I'll have to try that and see if i can, like, do, what is it? One of those, like, video, one of those, a water video. Nd, see if that wll help me. Or i'm also knowing that your comfort zone starts getting bigger and bigger bigger. And once you start actually, like, making those small steps to take to get out of your comfort
