Jiu Jitsu and the Rear Naked Choke

If I had to subdue someone that I cared about, the number one thing I would do is put a rear naked choke on the control world. It's the gentlest, nicest way to get someone under control. All it takes is if you're in law enforcement or ifyou're in charge of law enforcement mandate, everyone should be trained in Jiu Jitsu. The city councils that enact those type of policies for their cities need to go get punched in the face and learn how to effectively do violence.
