Is Self Awareness a Better Predictor of Ultimate Success?
Self awareness is a greater predictor of ultimate success and a Harvard degree. We don't value it enough, even though in everything, all these books, everyone's talking about self awareness. The worst deals I've ever done are deals where I draft behind a large private equity firm's diligence because all the numbers look great. And so that creates a bias towards, you know, the numbers and we're looking at the wrong thing.
