Introduction

Rolih Al-A-Hul-Tara Anhuma was a freed slave of Abu Hadeifah. He knew who his father was, and his father was an Iranian chief from the Persian clans. His family is completely unknown; he married to the daughter of al-Walid ibn Utaba. The position that he would attain in Islam despite all of the shackles makes him so noble and so admirable.
