You can just not direct your attention there because you always follow the arrow outward and even if you take meditation courses you always following the arrow to your breath or whatever the teacher the instructor tells you to but you always miss that part the nut of the arrow rightSo the arrow can actually point in two directions now the personal confession so that was something I found very valuable in your podcast that related to my experience and it's a difference when you don't get carried away by the arrow because there is an arrow less
