i do think it is also important to understand this case against the backdrop of att on lgbt civil rights, you know, not just in the courts, but elsewhere. There's a lot of gas lighting at play, which has proven to be effective litigation strategy over the last couple of years, i will say. So it seems to me that there again, that there is a real chance that the court could really pull back from where it was in cases like windsor and obergofel.
