In the book, he makes a comparison between chimps in captivity and those in the wild. He talks about how our hidden masters try to normalize vice and titillate us with hollow sexual imagery so that we are drained of sexual energy. The chimp also relates to like teenage boys who are growing up in say like industrial education systems where like, you know, high school or whatever.
