Enterovirus is definitely one virus that we've been seeing clinically much more, especially over the last several years. There are two main clinical subtypes, the enterovirus D68 and A71. And encephalitis from enterovirus A71 is actually associated with pretty significant autonomic dysfunction at times just given this tropism for the brainstem. EBV could cause theoretically encephalitis, but we most commonly see EBV associated with primary CNS lymphoma in immunocompromised people such as those infected with HIV with severe immunity.
