The Importance of Data in Knowledge Management

Data is crucial to be able to communicate the importance of knowledge management. Without hard numbers, your senior leader might not take those stories as seriously. As I'm building out the internet in confluence, I'm using Google Analytics to show that we have a spike in usage. And that is also then used to get some of the people who didn't jump on the confluence bandwagon to start using it more.
