The only thing we have to fear is fear itself. It's when you let seer and doubt confusion in it creates havoc. And so the judgment, the what would rather people think that all of that stuff just means keep walking towards that because it's important to me. So maybe that's the only maybe it's the only free will we have is to learn to do things without fear. But be fearless.

Arjuna Ishaya is a monk, author, and meditation teacher. He started his career as an outdoor instructor in New Zealand in 2001 until he discovered meditation, and for the past 20 years, he has traveled the world teaching meditation as a tool to gain peace of mind and live a better life.
