The Importance of Accountability

As long as we think accountability is reluctantly chosen, and therefore requires force to come into being, we are unintentionally creating a breeding ground for entitlement. We've done many shows on getting rid of the annual performance appraisal because it doesn't do the one thing it was designed to do - improve performance.
