I think that those places are too internal. Most everybody's gotten crushed. And by the way, a lot of my Russian entrepreneur friends have also gotten crushed. So I think that once you're in a place that is that opaque and corrupt, it's very, very difficult to create wealth. That's just a reality because the people in charge are not incentivized whatsoever to do that.
