Is There Growth Happening?

It's hard for me to imagine a business, a business's revenue shrinking and still have it feel to the people in the business like there's growth happening. I think shrinking is like flat is almost shrinking. And if you don't has a very clear plan or even just an internal dialogue around, here's what I'm going to make this mean,. then I don't know how you would look at those numbers and say anything other than something's not right.
