The Power of the Arbitrum Dow
The Arbitrum Live networks today are the only networks that actually have self executing governance. There is no other layer to the token holders control directly any of the tokens, right? There's 35% of the tokens that are actually controlled by the Dow. The Dow can decide to vote on an upgrade to the chain and it actually controls those votes. And so there's a ton of power this down in a way that no other layer could ever hope to achieve.
