Zachary, welcome to tak won't save us. This week we talk about the history of tech criticism and joseph wisenboum. Zachary is a long-time listener who has been following librarian shipwreck's Twitter account for some time. i feel like in this moment where critical perspectives on technology are getting more light than they would have received five or 10 years ago. And so that was kind of what i wanted to talk to you about to day.

Paris Marx is joined by Zachary Loeb to discuss the history of tech criticism with a focus on Joseph Weizenbaum and Lewis Mumford, as well as why the techlash is a narrative that suits Silicon Valley.
