The Best Beaches in Crete

The Forteza of Rethamno is built during the first battles between the Turks and the Venetians, which was fought here. Elle Phanesi beach gets rated as one of the best beaches in Europe quite often. The Samaria Gorge has a season but we didn't actually go to it this time around.
