Critical race theory is a framework of analysis grounded in critical theory. It's an academic movement of civil right scholars and activists who seek to examine the intersection of race and law in the united states. According to a 20 15 training program issued by the virginia department education, state public schools were encouraged to embrace critical race theory. In indiana, in idianapolis public schools advised their principals to tell parents that c r t is not taught in their schools.
