The Impact of Affirmative Action on Education in the Next Election
I think that speaks to yet another thing of potential backlash in the next election. Whenever a society has had a lot of social progress it could be racial, emancipation, gender equity, workers' rights. That's when these guys come up and they say I'm going to turn the clock back. Getting rid of affirmative action or trying to is part of this, of just trying to repress democracy... This is white grievance. We shouldn't be discriminated against all this."
