You're Very Intentional About How You Tell Stories

I am very intentional on how we tell stories. Mainly, I think one of the things that's overlooked is we sometimes just jump into stories about thinking about what are the students lived experiences. And if you did see a glimmer, it was through a lens of oppression. So when I make experiences, I try to make sure that we are showing examples of joy and triumph and innovation as they will be the innovators of the future.
