We're always trying to make order out of chaosd and some of that t seems to manifest itself in like what you just describe, people thinking that if you play the game this way, it's going to work for you. And there is a sense in which we a sort of over determine the cause and effect relationships. So so many superstitions, i think, are aimed at some kind of grasping at control, and n of control, if you will. But their low costs, they don't do any harm in most cases,. There are some that, i Think, a, that are dangerous.
