Dickson: The Web2 model was always build a product with no money in it, no monetization. Make it popular like Instagram and then get acquired, or bad advertising later like Snap. He says the old playbook of first building the product and then building the community and the monetization is reverse. "It's one of the reasons that a lot of entrepreneurs and others don't understand what's going on in Web3," he says.
