Wise has been profitable over the last, I think, three to four years now. We're so cheap because we're our costs are solo and probably the first big resource we have is a really good understanding of where our costs come from or put it simply, which customers generate which costs. People costs I like to think of as the cost of poor quality. Every year we try to improve the quality of our product as well as automate some of those back end processes. And then how do we reduce them? Well, our costs on our P and L break into three big chunks and they break into people costs, the cost of risk and partner fees.
