The Benefits of Movement Snacks for Running

We are only as strong as our feet. Developing foot core strength by training the feet directly correlates to how well you activate all of your muscles up through our hip socket, which we've been told is so crucial for running. We have a whole section on what we call movement snacks, which are really goofy things like barrel crawls and movements like that where all you're really doing is activating your arms, shoulders, hips,your feet. It doesn't really mean stretching the muscle. It means activating that neural muscular system so it's ready to activate into the running posture.
