What Are Your Roles in a Creative Partnership?

In the early years of working together, I wasn't as confident in exactly what our roles were or what my role was. And then we did another podcast with Tom Boyd and I answered it and it just felt right again. Even if one of us did a lot more of one thing, definitely in the other because you edit a lot more than I do. But I truly look at every piece and think that it's a collaboration. It is. You have to authentically believe that their role matters just as much as yours.
