The Future of Energy Security

Energy has always been a heavily internationalized sector. 15% of world trade is energy and mining products. I don't think that energy is anything other than a positive for global international relations when people actually stop to think about it. Even at the height of the Cold War, the Soviet Union was still exporting gas to Europe, uninterrupted.
