The Importance of Illuminating Relationships

I'm really interested in how do we start thinking about unit cohesion and leadership? And some of these harder to measure characteristics that I think we all know has an impact on the way a unit is able to do its job. It's not quite hands off the throttle or whatever you want to call it, but you actually have to put yourself in the reader's seat. What's it like to write for Warren the Rocks?
