What do you think is the most challenging part of growing a small business: Josh highlights the most significant hurdle in business growth: getting out of your own way. Josh's advice is to ditch excuses, find specific steps, seek mentors, and build confidence to overcome self-doubt. The key is to be yourself and not conform to society's expectations.

Josh's favorite business book is "Good to Great." He values the concept of having the right people in the right seats at the right time, which can be a game-changer for any business.

Josh suggests an effective tool for small business growth is a business plan. He emphasizes its importance and can't stress it enough as the best tool for business growth.
Finally if Josh could go back to day one of starting out, he would advise my younger self to slow down. He acknowledges that impatience led to risky decisions that caused business failures. His advice is to find manageable risks, mitigate them, and stick to the plan.
