A, like the committee process is totally deteriorated. My view is proxy voting has made it much worse. Power just tends to get concentrated at the top, in the speaker's office. She's divided and conquered her own side. It doesn't feel like there's any point. People like doyo talk across the aisle but when it comes down to it, these good faithed democrats have no power.
