The upper bound is the number of public keys, which is 31.9 million public keys. I think we don't know how many more. It kind of feels right to me that it would be. So if you're just reading noster, you are using it. You are an active user. But if you didn't even perform a single like, you will not be counted in that. Right. And this is something you see with centralized social media where most people just read. They don't actually communicate. Yes.
