Jay Parini: There are five justices that were put on the Supreme Court for one purpose and one purpose only, and that was to overrule Roe versus Wade. Now they're in a bind. They've got this case involving this pill that is approved by the FDA. It's been around for 23 years. No one's ever raised anything about this before. The district court that basically put this on hold is a guy who is totally anti-abortion.
