Is Power Wheeling a Mean to Promote Renewable Energy?
It's something that would be a real boon. Basically, an entity that wants or requires renewable energy for its operations would be able to pay probably a higher tariff in order to get 100% certifiable renewable energy. But at the same time, that solar farm, that a great distance away, some of the province is going to be supplying the grid with the amount of electricity consumed by that consumer. And so that is objectionable because it would displace the fossil fuel burning thermal coal power plants. The oversupply on Java is temporary that demand is going to catch up before long.
