I think it's very important for founders to develop self-awareness. You need to know what you can reasonably do and go from your skills as well as an energy, right? And where you need to hire help. I felt myself as kind of like inadequate as a CEO. My experience, mostly with a CEO, was Martin Mikas,. He's like a very tall, Hollywood star-looking Scandinavian dude. But then as you find your own way, right through years, and as you meet other CEOs and founders, you can see what they come in all shapes and sizes.
