Is There a Competitive Landscape?
It's a great way of sort of zooming out because it's so easy to get like really fixed and I guess deep into the details of the account. And this is a great opportunity on a regular basis to kind of pull yourself out of the sort of 40 foot view and to the 10,000 foot view. The next piece is, okay, now we know kind of where we are, what the opportunities are,. Like, what's the competitive landscape? Is anyone really have a stranglehold? Does anyone, who's growing in share, who's losing in share?
