i think a big thing, but heavy loads before track meat or any kind of, you know, there's a huge hormono dump. And that's the huge benefits that people received from that. You ameany just by touching the heavy weight too. I mean, its a number of things that go on. Some things work sometimes and they don't work later too. i've had times where a little bit of heavy weights a few days before competition worked really well for me. But if i did that all the time, i would not do so well.
