Are You Launching Too Long?
The opening of your sails, opening and closing is too long. So much so it's opened so long that you exhaust yourself from holding space for those sails. When i'm finished launching, we're just moving on to the next thing. It doesn't take any more energy than really any other work week. In fact, most the time, it takes less energy.
