It's very difficult to do a fully global live collaboration thing. You have to share some awake time during the day, so you can actually see each other and collaborate sometime. There are virtual collaboration tools that can work, but you have to be awake at the same time. That's the one critical criteria. So if you're working with people who are a dozen or 15 hours away from you, it's just not going to work. It's going to break down.
