The Importance of Context in Performance Evaluations

The last couple of years have really kind of put into complexity and particularly on my campus, right, that experience a massive mass shooting. So like thinking about how staff are navigating that, it's like it's okay to just be doing your job, right? And even if you have to take time away, also totally okay, you're showing that you can manage these things multiple. You get to form of doing your job really well actually to just do your job in those moments, absolutely.
