Is There a Benefit Bias in Social Media?

Mike: The vast majority of us are going to say that social media will follow and fall into that shallow work category. If twitter has the ability to drive people to my blog in any capacity, whether it's one click, two clicks, a thousand clicks, then i need to use it.
