In some countries, there may be four jobs to every person looking. In a global market where people can move or you can work remotely and outsource, that problem solved. But in the political climate we've got at the moment, that problem isn't as easily solved until you redevelop your capacity locally. That is going to cause disruption and prices to increase. And it's really how the central bank helps manage that... It's less labor led but this is a transition, it will take time.
