The Cap Table and What Looks Natural?
When venture capital eventually invests, they're going to want to look at a cap table that looks like a startup where you have a bunch of founders. And if the cap table looks like, well, there's a service company that spun this thing out, they would see it as unnatural,. I would presume what you mean by unnatural is that maybe the incentives aren't in line. But also, ESOP and player stock options or stock options with reverse testing.
