I Can Tina Turner Review
I was not too familiar with Tina Turner's first solo album, Tina Turns the Country on that came out back in 1974. She made this album at a point when she had already reached an incredible amount of notoriety as part of the I Can Tina Turner review. It's a cover album and she makes it when she is on the verge of separating from I Can't Help It Think That these songs aren't shaped by where her life was or how tumultuous marriage was. Is there an example of a song that speaks to that? I really love her cover of Chris Christofferson's Help You Make It Through the Night.
