"You don't necessarily want people to be kind of stuck and playing the learning game over and over again," he says. "The point is to climb to the top, that's what Starcraft is, right? You want you want to get there, but you want to like have the process." He adds: "If you could snap your fingers and know how to be a great back end into your tomorrow, like, let's just do that!"
