How to Reduce Pain in Engineering Teams

At Humantic, we've actually surveyed a bunch of like 2000 or so engineering teams of all different sizes. We were trying to think like, okay, how do you identify the pain? Right? And so we asked them, okay, out of 100 deployments, how often do you do this thing? So with that matrix in front of you, it's really easy. You'll really find the pains, you know, screaming at you,. It's like, oh, it's clearly here, here and here. That's where we see it oftentimes, like there is the highest amount of fear, cognitive load and pain in the system.
