What's Your Driving Motivator?

Your goal should be based on your personal motivations. Something that's deeply personal and important to you for wanting to do that. You can't track losing 10 pounds in one month with a chart with your activities. Whereas doing Manful Yoga five times per week, that is the behavior. That is the activity.
