Frederick carrist is the founder and chief executive of tex artops. The company has gone from two people to over five thousand employees, about teen thousand enterprise customers around the world. Frederick says part of his mission is to open up the doors to those executive offices that all too often are closed to too many of us. He also wants to emphasize the importance of looking after our mental and physical well being along the wayed care o yourself.
