Bobby O'Carrickay might be the best linebacker in this division if you remove Michael Parsons from the equation. I don't really know what's going on at inside linebacker next to him. The Giants have Layton Van Derresch, DeMone Clark, Jabril Cox, DeMorveyan overshone. Washington did spend a first round pick on Jim and Davis but they haven't made an impact yet.
