How to Make Your Help Center More Accurate

A lot of companies. forget about their help center they kind of abandoned it at a certain stage or they don't keep it as up to date as possible. Some of the reasons your customers might not be successful at the product is because you don't even have the right product documentation to make them successful. I feel like I'm on survivor something this is I stakes but knowing that I can't speak with individual customers or study the data what I would do is honestly look at what help center materials we have. If it's not accurate or if it's not fully built out then you lose credibility pretty quickly and so that can have some negative brand impact to even if that's obviously not your intent
