How to Measure Employee Engagement?
When leaders find that there is an issue with s or or lack of ethics, what should the leadership team be doing? One is listening to employees and seeing if they see a gap between stated values and actual behavior. The diversity of perspectives and social identity in the leadership team can very often be helpful. There needs to be a strong speak up culture for eimployees to raise concerns without feeling like their jobs are a threat. Perhaps the most important is listening to all your stake holders, not just your shareholders.
