I Think He's Aping the Christian Framework
Nita: i think ben is looking at a society that does see christ above them as the highest man, right? That is the perfect human. And so rather than appealing to initiation into the church and to god, which sees that martyr figure, you know, dying on your cross, as the est man, he would like there to be something else. Nita: There's something kind of am mccab right about christ being the ultimate thing. But then, like itjus, it seems to have been like a huge failure.
