I Don't Like Going Too Light, Right?

There's a threshold that and I don't even know how to tell you what it is or explain what it is. So we like we we know pretty much consistently from replicated research that we get similar degrees of muscle growth of references between five and 30. Now when you get light enough to where it's well over 30 reps, it doesn't have the same effect. Even if you're a little bit beat up, everybody should probably still be able to do you or use a 10 rep max load for something.
